Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain terms, what information MadeByMe collects when you visit this site or request early access, and how we handle it.
Who this applies to
MadeByMe ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy covers visitors to the site and anyone who submits the early access form. MadeByMe is currently a pre-launch project: the design platform described on this site is not yet live, and no account, payment or body-measurement data is collected through it.
Information we collect
When you submit the early access form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, how you describe yourself, and any message you choose to add. We do not ask for payment details, photographs or body measurements on this site.
Like most websites, our hosting and cookie-consent mechanism may record limited technical information (such as browser type and a cookie-preference flag) needed to run the site. See our Cookies Policy for details.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your early access request, keep you informed about the project, and understand who is interested in it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties, except with service providers who help us run this site (for example, email delivery) and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
Retention
We keep early access submissions only for as long as useful for the purposes above, and delete or anonymise them once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at hey@madebymecraft.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to this policy
As MadeByMe develops, this policy will evolve with it, particularly once the platform itself goes live and begins handling body-measurement and order data. We will update this page when that happens.
